I did attempt to discuss this with the none-relocating parent on several occasions and he refused to hear or discuss it with me. He did file an objection,but any attempt on my part to communicate with him has repeatedly been refused.We do not communicate on any level about the kids well-being,schooling or health because he says he does not want to talk to me.He uses my oldest son to try and send messeges back and forth and this has been since our divorce in 2008.He does his visitation and pays his child support and nothing else.He doesn't ask about school progress,does not request parent -teacher conference or at the least grant his childrens request for funds to purchase a book from the school book fair.
